UK’s first vegan hotel opens in Scotland
Vegans may want to start planning a trip to Pitlochry in Scotland, where the UK’s first 100 per cent vegan hotel is set to open.
According to its website, The Saorsa 1875 is a unique hotel dedicated to showcasing ethical luxury and it’s been specifically designed for vegans, vegetarians and the plant-curious.
The food and drinks menu is completely plant-based, showcasing local, seasonal and foraged produce.
Everything is vegan-friendly from the toiletries in the bathrooms to the cleaning products used in the hotel.
Toiletries are certified cruelty free and vegan so you can indulge with a spot of pampering, while all of the housekeeping team use eco-friendly products including Method’s range of nature inspired, non-toxic and non-animal-tested cleaning.
