Roseate Reading new house concept hospitality news

The Roseate Reading opens new ‘House’ concept

The Roseate Reading, formerly The Forbury, has opened ‘House’ a new concept including bedrooms, a spa and in-house patisserie, as the hospitality arm of the Indian-based Bird Group steps up its footprint in the UK.

The property has unveiled the ‘House’ across the courtyard from the main hotel building, comprising 32 new bedrooms, the Aheli Spa and Roasted by Roseate.

The rooms feature private balconies overlooking the courtyard, while the eight new suites named ‘House Studios’ feature fully equipped kitchens in the living and dining areas and electric fireplaces. All rooms and suites are equipped with a Nespresso machine and amenities by British perfume house, Penhaligon’s.

The Aheli Spa at The Roseate Reading offers three treatment rooms, a steam room, sauna and a gym, with treatments using natural products from Pevonia. Roasted by Roseate is the new in-house patisserie and boulangerie, serves a selection of Jing Tea and Musetti coffee alongside a variety of sandwiches, salads and cakes.

Roseate Hotels & Resorts portfolio in the UK includes Roseate House London, The Roseate Reading as well as The Roseate Villa Bath.
