Hypnos Contract Beds has launched Hotel Hypnos – a series of in-depth conversations in which Hypnos partners with hospitality and interior design experts, to share their advice, knowledge, and experience over a series of filmed interviews.
Each ‘episode’ will be hosted on the Hypnos website and look at topics such as the future of interior design within hotels, how hotels can adapt their marketing output to appeal to a more eco-conscious guest and how the customer experience is evolving.
For the first in its series, Hotel Hypnos welcomed Sally Beck, general manager at the Royal Lancaster London hotel, who offers an inside look at her day-to-day activities and discusses why she is a true advocate for careers in the hospitality industry, why sustainability must be at the top of hoteliers’ agendas, and why sleep remains at the core of a good experience.
