Prusaczyk joins The Feathers

Michelin Key hotel The Feathers has appointed Peter Prusaczyk to the role of general manager.

He joins the 23-bedroom boutique hotel at Woodstock in the Cotswolds after a long career at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, where he oversaw a team of 60 plus.

Prusaczyk has been an Academician of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts since 2023 and serves as a judge for the academy’s annual awards of excellence and gold service scholarship. Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, near Oxford, closed at the start of 2026 for an extensive renovation project which is set to see it reopen net year.

At the same time its chef patron Raymond Blanc became Founder and Lifetime Ambassador for the Belmond hotel he launched over 40 years ago.
