Let’s not forget
At the height of the COVID-19 crisis, many of our housekeeping staff not only supported NHS workers and other essential services personnel staying at their hotels but became keyworkers themselves. We salute both those who used previous gained qualifications or specialist cleaning expertise to work within the NHS and the housekeeping teams who stayed at their post to ensure their special guests were safely cared for. If you know someone who deserves an award for their steadfast and inspirational role during lockdown make sure they are nominated.
Sponsorship opportunities are available
This award event is a great way to put your business, your product or your service in front of the housekeeping industry’s finest. We had some fantastic sponsors involved last year. There are some great sponsorship packages available and we’d love to hear from you if you want to be involved in this growing event that plans to be a major fixture for the years ahead. The event is organised by MEG Events – the same team behind the highly popular and hugely successful annual Laundry and Drycleaning Awards (The LADAs) – their sixth LADAs annual event is due to be held in November 2020 at Mercedes-Benz World in Surrey, we are keeping everything crossed that this will be able to proceed.
A word from our 2021 headline sponsor

WGC are proud to be the lead sponsor of the Triple H Awards again in 2021 as they recognise the very best in the housekeeping industry and ensure that teams from across the country realise the contribution they make, not only to their hotels and local communities but to the perception of British hospitality around the globe.
“The COVID-19 pandemic changed the world without warning, yet despite these unprecedented times, our very own hospitality heroes have emerged. Humanity and humility have become the defining elements of our industry, as we focused on supporting key workers, the homeless and those stranded a long way from home. The Triple H Awards provide us all with the opportunity to recognise and celebrate those that went above and beyond during this crisis.” — Martin Birch, CEO, WGC
